Her philosophy is to show varietal purity by not using oak treatment. The Carigliocuvee is a blend of rare Calabrian grapes 80% Magliocco Dolce, 20% Magliocco Canino. Vines grow on clay soils at 250 metres above sea level in the hot, dry Calabrian climate. Maceration on the skins for 21 days and then aged for six months in
