It measures about 6" by 3"

The bow is missing a snap to secure it at the neck and several of the hooks and eyes are missing

but they have a great period correct look for events

The wood buttons have hand painted flowers on them

This is an older style case, by the 1930's more bulky briefcases had started to gain popularity although this style can often be seen in photos carried by enlisted men or officers. The two outer snaps are in working order but the main latch might be locked and there is no key. The case could still be used for light duty work or it could display very nicely.
