They fold almost completely flat to fit in a pocket or wherever. Color is a very light gray and black; the color choice is interesting, these are usually red black.. These are in very good condition and look unworn. These earmuffs are pictured in several 1930s 1940s catalogs. The earlier catalog from 1931 has the price is Pfennigs (Pf)
