Comte Louis de Lauriston Hors d'Age Calvados Signatory Launched in 2021 as aDESCRIPTION Comte Louis de Lauriston Hors d'Age Calvados Domfrontais is produced from a blend of Calvados aged more than twelve years in oak casks. The finest pear varieties are used to create Calvados, to which local apples are added. The crop is harvested at the very end of the season, the fruits are crushed and pressed. The resulting juice is fermented in vats made of wood naturally throughout the winter. When excess sugars are removed from the
