The construction of krug is typical of the 1930's 60's so it is appropriate for WWII but may be newer. It is in good condition and just needs a cleaning before use. Hide that farby bottle or can, pour it in a krug. This is a krug, not a stein. A stein is a rock, any German will tell you that.
