Manual harvest, cold maceration, followed by carbonic maceration for 22 days then 12 months aging under new French oak. Bright ruby coloured wine, with generous aromas of red fruits, cherry and raspberry on a medium body. Fresh, vibrant, with ripe tannins. Silky and elegant on the finish. Pairing: Red meats, pizza, grilled dishes and stews.
