Domaine le Sang des Cailloux, Grenache Blend, Vacqueyras "Floureto" Southern Rhône, France 2022 glutenfree Sweet and fruity aromas on70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvdre & Cinsault The name of the Vacqueyras rouge changes each year, and is named after the daughters of Serge Frigoule: Floureto, Doucinello, and Azalas. All grapes are harvested by hand, and de stemmed. Fermentation is natural, in cement cuves with daily pumpovers. The wine is raised for a minimum of 6 months in foudre, and then bottled unfined and unfiltered. A mixture of deep, dark color with a lightness of touch,
