Craven Chardonnay 2023 5yo tobacco leaf and cumin spiceGrapes for the Craven Chardonnay 2023 were harvested from the Bluegum Grove vineyard planted in 2005. Grapes were whole bunch pressed to tank to settle overnight. The next day the juice was put into neutral 500 litre barrels for fermentation and remained there to complete malolactic fermentation.
