The textured silver metal has a black band round the outside. The center has a marcasite cornucopia. Inside is a swan down powder puff marked Philippe. Measures 3 inches round. Mirror is discolored. Puff is used and there is a little powder residue in the well. Minor scratching on the outside. One stone missing from the cornucopia. Displays beautifully!
