The name Paul Chenot is etched into the bottom of the binoculars which I believe is the American GI's name who brought these back

German Name Lock personal It has the classic shapeOriginal German Buchstabenschloss or letter combination lock. Deadstock, still attached to its original card. It is in decent, working condition. There is a little bit of rust and the card is a little warped. The word has kind of faded a bit on the card, but the word is "VILLA." The lock measures about 1 3 8" tall.
