NOSE: all finesse, quite complex with notes of lychee, passion fruit but also white flowers. I also smell slightly smoked aromas. PALATE: Fine, regular bubbles are delicate on the palate. We have citrus notes like candied lemon peel with sugar. The wine is lively, filling the palate well and ending on a slightly buttery finish.
