Savigny-les-Beaune Premier Cru, Aux Gravains, 2022 but with a really fineDeep, blood red core fading to a purple rim. An intense, well defined nose of juicy strawberry and black cherry fruit, with notes of raisins, dates, caramel, clove and liquorice. On the palate the wine is full, round and ripe. Really good acidity, with nice grip and overall tannic structure, the tannins being, full and pronounced, yet ripe and supple. Plenty of ripe black fruits and hints of damson, blueberry, plum, smoke and tar. The finish is
