It is light bodied and nicely balanced, very fresh, dry ample and elegant, with a slightly nutty finish. It pairs well with a variety of seafood dishes, such as oysters, mussels, salmon, and shrimp. It also goes well with lighter meats like chicken or pork. Vegetarian options include risotto, roasted vegetables, and creamy soups.
