Red Saw Bourbon utilizes 51% corn, 34% rye, and 15% malted barley in it's mashbill. The corn and rye are grown locally in Honeoye Falls. Notes of brown sugar, fall honey, corn and rye spice. Tastes of creme brulee with a moderate finish and cherry cake batter sweetness. Red Saw Bourbon Whiskey is a
