Crisp Very Fine paper with great contrast and a bold red FIVE overprint, but obviously a few issues. Ink burn at the treasurer signature has created a small hole. There is a stain at the lower left corner and margins are a little rough. Liberty standing with pole, liberty cap, and shield at left.
