A perfect introduction to thick matcha (koicha) but equally enjoyed as a thin matcha (usucha). Great for a beginner or veteran. As a thin matcha, Kinrin it is noticeably smooth, soft and creamy with a rich grassy flavor and undertones of more complex flavors. Kinrin is more temperamental than our introductory Yugen. Be more cautious with water temperature as slight variations
