The vines, benefiting from their location high on Spring Mountain, ripened fully by early October. These small, concentrated, mountain vineyard grapes can contribute high levels of tannin as well as intense fruit. We fined early to moderate those tannins and accentuate the vineyards typical blackberry and black pepper spice.
