M de Minuty Cotes de Provence Rosé 75cl Loire Valley/Sancerre We create a distillery washA beautiful pale pink colour, with aromas of redcurrants giving way to a fresh, yet well rounded palate offering delicate flavours of peaches and candied orange peel. Chteau Minuty was purchased in 1936 by the Matton Farnet family and soon after, the vineyards were completely replanted with a focus on traditional, local grape varieties, painstakingly farmed to produce lower yields. By the 1960s, this quality led approach had paid dividends as the
