Though not biodynamic, the viticulture is as natural as possible and, I have to say, the wines are perfectly clean. This young Les Roncires shows unbelievable precision and great accessibility (I'm beginning to think that 2014 was not so bad in Burgundy). The balance is king here. Tiptoed density, light extraction with focus on silkiness, right
