This blushy + chunky weaving was handmade on a frame loom and hangs from an equally chunky wooden dowel

The vintage safety deposit box (so there may be a few nicks or dents here and there but it truly beautiful and was rescued from an old vault in the small town where I live) spoke to me as soon as I saw it and knew I wanted to try using it as a frame. All the fibers within the frame have been sourced from small businesses and put together to create a fun piece of fiber art
